The nuggety effect typical in these mines is very distortional. The widths of the higher values will not convert to profitable mining irrespective of their split firing, benched drive techniques, T boning etc to minimise dilution. All have been tried by past operators to no avail.
Where is the money coming from for all this pre-production work, continuing recruitment of high quality personnel, 2 new Eimco boggers from Sth Africa, hotel leasing, ongoing drilling, underground development work etc? According to their last quarterly they would appear to have only around six weeks of cash left.
