What will be the price when drilling starts?
My guess is closer to the 40 cents then the current 20 cents with shares being tucked away and not available for sale.
This is being accumulated in a big way and those shares will not go back into the market until this is being played out.
Today's price is a bargain keeping in mind what has been found so far and the amount of drilling that is going to take place.
