@eastwest101 Cross-sections can be misleading depending on how well they're constructed, so be extremely careful using them in isolation.

Firstly it depends what the 'window' on the cross-section is i.e. how much existing drilling forwards and backwards of the new hole they have included on the section. A window of +/-50m means existing holes up to 50m north or south of the new hole can appear on the cross-section, giving the appearance that they're drilled directly above and below the new hole. None of these cross-sections display the actual window on the section, which is poor geological practice.

Secondly, "gaps" in grade does not mean that the drillhole was not sampled in that portion of the hole. If the holes are all being whole-hole sampled, the assays could simply be below D/L (detection limit) at the lab, or below cut-off reporting grade i.e. waste in both cases. If those holes are RC holes, I can guarantee you 100% that every metre would have been sampled.

You will need to dig deeper into the appendices of the Resource release and other information to determine the actual sampling regime that is being used for each drill type. But for this style of mineralisation, I'd be very surprised if there were significant gaps in sampling.
