"Obviously someone knows but their not telling. Any theories if its good or bad. Could be selling to themselves to rope others in . Could be taking a position without trying to alert people so the price doesn't get out of hand . Many other possibilities as well

With this type of bot algorythymic buying every few minutes, can we assume it is only a stockbroker buying?
Would the brokerage costs be too high for anyone else, other than a stock broker (who have no brokerage costs)?
How, & when, will we discover, from public sources, who is doing this bot buying?
Only if, & when, they own 5%+ of shares on issue?
