I've been looking at these repetitive trades between 2000 and 6000 shares. They hit the offer price every 3 of 4 minutes. Not only that they appear to have started in early August.
if it's the same buyer they would be accumulating around 0.10% of the company each day. Since early August it would be close to 3% in total.
Could be wrong but this isn't happening with other stocks I follow.
