For whatever reason the directors are making this as hard as possible for shareholders to take up the offer. I think they have another party who wants to grab the shortfall DYOR I own BCNOAs and they are not issueing them and there will be only half the amount of them listed compared to the shares. I think they will trade at a premium after this offer is all bedded down and we can look at major shareholders etc DYOR Cheers Towie
