    You should do you homework before you criticize management.
    I would like to point out that they placed 9,375,000 @ $0.24 last December when the price of Gold was below US$ 1780 and Silver below US$ 22.25 not to mention base metal prices.
    Why do you think major shareholder and directors took up their full entitlement?
