I think there in lies the problem, there is always someone new or insiders to feed it and sell out of the pumps. Although times are changing and with so many issues sending shockwaves through the market people are being more cautious, evergrande, Ukraine… any FED meeting. So many potential triggers for a collapse.

The poorly run companies will be hit hardest, it’s much like real estate agents, right now every man and his dog are leaving their professions to become real estate agents, all they have to do is open the door and wait for the offer, they don’t need to be skilled, but when interest rates start going up you’ll be able to see who is actually good at their job and who has a track record for proven performance. It’s already showing here that WRM does not have proven performance… quite the contrary.
