Pretty impressive company for an $80m MC
Pittong set up value + mine would have cost $150m
Management nabbed it for $2m and have almost made that back in the first half year
Production should have doubled from 20,000 to 40,000 tpa so should see that reflect in the bottom line over the coming quarters
But should take revenue from $12m to approximately $25m
And with under $10m more capital injected should be able to get it to 90,000 tpa which would equate close to $60m revenue
Trawalla now supports this direction of ramping up giving it the longer life and Pittong upgrade due may help also
Add in the halloysite and it should be more profitable with higher revenues from different high end products and that’s without finding other revenue streams from partners testing the waters
White Cloud in WA is a beast of its own and with management and Pittongs experience, should deliver some ridiculous numbers down the road
Not to mention the HPA revenue streams they are working on
Check out the scoping study and why it’s led to them heading straight down the path to a PFS
Silica Sands deposit in WA
Based on peers should only cost $38m capex for a 2m tpa operation
$30 per tonne approx to produce with a minimum $45 per tonne
Means $30m profit a year so paid back capex in around a year and a half
Best thing will be the 18% flour fetching $90 per tonne at the low end
For every 10m tonnes approx 20% will end up making an extra $90m for 2m flour of the 10m produced
So instead of making a mouth watering $150m profit over 5 years from the 10m tonnes, they stand to make $240m profit over 5 years based on 10m tonnes
And this is all low end of the scale
Blows my mind the math on such a common substance which has been not so common due to mankind
Very excited for the imminent resource estimate and to see if they have the 10m tonnes plus to figure out just how valuable this operation could become
Sitting tight on this one
Pretty easy to do when management keeps executing like they seem to be
