One reason behind the surging gold price has simply been the demand for "safety" (from tariffs, inflation, interest rates, purchasing power depreciation, .....)
The last 2 columns are Feb and Mar of this year ... looks like more buying there in those last 2 months than previous 10 months combined.
And its easy to keeps on tabs on how much physical is being bought via ETFs
