IIRC this map was an aerial scan looking at a certain wavelenght of radiation associated with a element / rock that is found hand in hand with LCE deposits. It might be on the RDN or AZS forum IIRC.
Essentially where it is darker there is a higher density of the radioactive ore and you could interpret it as being higher chance or potential of minable LCE bearing pegs.
