You mean IPO'd where other investors put in $5m and have since put in another $4m and taken all the risk.
Did you want ARV to have to raise $9m to move the projects forward or do you live in a world where projects just pay for themselves.
Which one is it; keep and dilute massively or spin out and have someone else take risk whilst having a smaller stake?
