If MinRes doesn't need to charge huge fees, more of that money can be passed through to the miners who provide the ore. This means the potential pathway to production for TG6 is define a mineral resource. Seek to convert the tenement to a mining licence and then get the various approvals to undertake open pit mining. Concurrent to this TG6 would enter into an offtake agreement with MinRes. They then need to start digging the open pit and some of the ore starts at only 25-30m down. A pit to that depth doesn't take long.

If they defined even a 5Mt resource, they could provide a 1Mt/yr for 5 years offtake to MinRes. The question then is what margin per ton of ROM suitable material could be achieved. There could be some serious margin for TG6 in trucking DSO up to the Poseidon plant.
