Elcorp DNI will do just fine after they win the arbitration. CGM doesn't own any land in Chile to drill Cobalt. CGM doesn't own any land in Brazil to drill Lithium. A Letter of Intent LOI is not a binding agreement. All it means that you might have a deal some day. That is no agreement, which means CGM will never drill on land that they don't own. Nobody would. NY Yank is right. All Randal will do is some trenching and maybe some grab samples WOW!!! That is really going to increase the stock price of CGM and they don't cost that much. So where is all that money Randal raised going for????????????????? Just my opinion.
