I'm not so sure on that @Tcb007 I thought the same thing. Mr Jerd is GBA Capital which has me a bit confused. Its stated in the Options prospectus from a month ago too. It's a shame my notebook I did my initial DD notes in became toast in the 2022 Floods, but I seem to think from memory that those company names that come under Mr Jerd as sub holder (now) were the companies who owned the tenements we initially IPOd with.

I don't remember it being explicitly said anywhere he was a Sub Holder before so perhaps hes acquired those companies recently.
