It's literally what Whales do when they accumulate,
As they have heaps of shares,
They sell a small amount for a cheaper price to trigger others to do the same,
Then they buy heaps more for that price than what they sold.
They shouldn't really do it,
But often have multiple accounts,
Or even people acting in groups to do it....
