Its not legal I guess. Just very hard for the ASIC bean bags to police. But they do leave a paper trail, and one day ASIC will catch one, then if they get a conviction the sky will fall in. Except in the Bahamas the sky never falls in, or so they say.
We must just watch and listen and take our chances.
