Possible mate but more likely that sort of movement would be done with an Off Market Transfer (OMT). On market more likely not a related party transaction. There is not a cross condition in the course of sales but I suspect that is just because it was done on Chi-x. I’m happy to be corrected though! I have not been near a broker back office in over 15 years!
