I'm by no means an expert and all should do their own research of course. I think it depends - brokers sometimes do that. It is very much unappreciated by companies, but can happen. I recall recently I was discussing this with a director right after a broker sold out on them and dumped millions back into the market; he was furious. They usually aim to secure investors, underwriters who they have some relationship with and who believe in the company and see it's upside, so they won't just dump them on the market. Considering some of the people who have large holdings in TNR, including NVA as a company, they definitely try hard to ensure they are being underwritten by the right type.
Time will tell - but I'm confident - oversubscribed is a good sign
