What a load of bull. It is Digby and co who created a casual vacancy to circumvent the original 249D and keep control of the board.

I believe the people TH proposed are not controlled by him or anyone and it is our best hope for a professional, independent board. The control issue is a furphy and I suspect may be a case of projection.

It is Digby and Co who have engaged lawyers and added cost by not letting the original 249D reach conclusion. As to ST and LT goals, those didn't seem to matter for the proceeding 6 months.

Wish I could vote twice to move these guys on.
