If you look back through the HC thread history some posters spout pretty negative (and mostly unjustified) explanations for why the company hasn't realeased drilling information on a weekly basis. There have been a lot of assertions that infrequent news suggests that ADV is trying to hide bad results by delaying announcements, even though there has been no evidence of this.
I think their frequent, incremental announcements are in response to this in an effort to keep shareholders as informed as possible and stave off ridiculous and unfounded speculation between drilling results updates.
