Cabernet - Margaret River is World Class and forms the bulk of my collection. Wilyabrup region is the goods. Coonawarra a close second. All others are a distant third. Only exceptions being individual standouts like Lakes Folly Cabernet from the Hunter.
Shiraz - Barossa and Mclaren Vale but plenty of other great regions as well depending how strong/light you like it.
Pinots - You're on the money.
Gold - De Grey's Pilbara Gold Project.
