I shared primarily because it’s sad that primarily Trump keeps calling it a Chinese virus when we didn’t call H1N1 virus the American virus in 2009 when it originated there. By naming it such kept them in a superiority bubble and hubris that squandered precious weeks that could been used to prepare. Such stupidity.
But watch the Chinese. The more Trump calls it the Chinese virus , the more China will be determined to leap frog the world with its adoption of technology. It’s in their history. Never will they want to be humiliated by what happened in the first and second Opium wars again. Keep up the name calling. It just makes the nation resolute to strive on to improve.
This is why the rise of Israel and how Israel is their friend is such a valued asset. With that, China went with FLC , not Oxymem, not Suez. A humiliated people and a persecuted nation makes a potent combination. And we get to watch all this manifested at FLC. More rambling from me.
