Australia is where NKP is listed and that is where their lifeblood started.
The correct set of actions are in place with ASX and ASIC. I don't expect ASIC to accept the CDP opinion without proper analysis of the law.
Any Bermudan action would be very expensive and futile IMHO.
Don't expect a fair settlement to be easy. It will take time and seems Z are happy to stay away and throw stones.
Do Z have any actual business interests that are located in Australia? If so, that might be a useful place to start causing some discomfort.
