SW, I am not a lawyer either.
My concern is the NKP directors continue to thumb their noses at ASX and ASIC, and NKP is suspended and delisted.
We, the minorities then have very little ammo left to fire. Hope I am wrong on this front. That is why I am asking about our knowledge of Z activities in Australia. Is there any reason for the NKP/Z directors to actually try and gain access through Australian border? If not, then we may be left trying to deal through the Bermudan court system.
If Z have other business activities in Australia that may be a point of pressure available to NKP minorities?
