I'm no legal expert either Sharewatcher...but I'm sure this is not ASIC's first disco - Guess we'll see what happens now that cards are formally on the table. Time will tell who is right or wrong.

On another note -  your posts to me read as to you defending NKP board. Can I ask your opinion on the loan:

1. What benefit did NKWE Platinum get from providing the loan ? I can see any !

Referring to the company Bye Laws:

Article 3 (f)  A director should consider whether any benefit to be received by the director or associated persons is of sufficient magnitude that the approval of shareholders should be sought, even though not required by law
Article 7 (r)  A director must not take improper advantage of the position as director to gain, directly or indirectly, a personal advantage or an advantage for any associated person.

Would appear to me these were ignored ! Maybe something in Bermuda Law can help.

The loan might be settled but sure does smell fishy
