Amazing that TNE with a two decade history of success and honesty has to put up with "consultants" and "advisors" that say that they know better!
ISS needs to get some perspective, look at TNE and come to the view that "best practice" may well be what TNE does - not the standard formula that "advisors" consider other companies should apply.
Well done Technology One Board for standing up and facing down this least-common-denominator thinking!
