So if they have now decided to convert to equity then wtf did they need to raise the $3.75m??? This now means even more dilution, they will issue shares for convertible notes and then will also issue shares for the $3.75m CR next tuesday!!! The company now has $3.75m extra cash so wtf are they going to do with it, let me guess, back in the pockets of the BODs! This is so corrupted!!
