No one has ever achieved anything great, without going through tough times and difficult experiences. Show me someone who has never failed or made a mistake (not saying that necessarily applied in this case) and it is likely that person has never done much. Very easy to throw stones from the sidelines. I have spoken to management about the appointment, and I am totally 100% happy. Patience required.
