Because MF didn’t care about shareholders or
employees nor the rules. If anyone on the board
defied him he would pressure them to step down.
The taking of $400 k for leave entitlements should
have been approved by the board at that time, if
it wasn’t then the company should have recourse.
I would think that the new board is taking a very
close look at things because if MF is capable of
taking $400k then it’s almost certain that there is
more issues that need to be dealt with.
I expect the reason they let him go is because they
have been uncovering new issues by the day.
