All here know I am usually the first to bag MF but I think you will find he was pretty good with the change of directors holdings notices. It was the substantial holders notices that he didn't lodge for 20 years and that was a stupid mistake for a CEO to make. Only further verifying his inability to do that job, no director let alone a Chairman, CEO & MD should be that ignorant of the basic rules.
