It is such utter nonsense...do you actually consider what you are saying rather than trying to find an excuse as to why the share doesn't go up in a straight line?

The idea of someone sitting there selling millions of shares to keep the price down is absolutely laughable

they sell to trigger stop losses and sit on both sides of the orders. Its called accumulation.
If you learn to identify it you would be a better trader and investor.
Or maybe just ask any institutional broker.
