yes we can find out who it was , but it is hard to find the reason but any of these could be possible.
panic selling , spooked by price dropping sheep mentality , needed the money for house deposit ,impatient and wants quick money doesnt want to wait another 6 weeks.
ex wife took half his money , no revenue in business in nsw or melb for months and rents dont stop could be 50k a month or more.
could be any reason.
All good just hold its rock bottom.
