Your comments are very valid, that there is no 100% guarantee that the final STC will be granted by the FAA.
BUT IF the STC is granted then the CVM can then be used as an airline industry-wide application.
As we move step by step along the FAA approved sequence towards final STC grant we are moving ever closer.
Yes there remains risk, but that risk is reducing, and the reward is colossal IMO (and getting closer).
