I agree,
Currently a huge disconnect between share price and value IMO.
Investors should appreciate the non-dilutive capital that will follow sale of gold.
It is a great option to have, sell gold whilst gold price is up, use the funds to continue developing Nickel and avoid needing to raise capital at low SP.
Get this Nickel project through to PFS and do the same as CNC and FPX demand upfront capital to but used for capex if they want future supply.
