Personally Mary Valley isn't even the main event, its a surprise opening act; paid for by the patience of long-term holders. I'm holding for the U308 rally (the train that doesn't come), and the eventual Devil's Elbow drilling. Being mindful not to sell too early.
Hearing Brandon Munro speak, the U308 should be a shit-show by 2022, with further undersupply. Hopefully investors get sizeable parcels and have holding power; that's the only way I see getting some wealth out of this. Would be nice to see it hit 7 cents; one day (that'll be $1M in the portfolio or thereabouts, still need to accum some more to get 1%), then stretch it to 1.20% to cover tax etc. The absurdity holding the damn thing when it has already run; so can you hold a 700% return portfolio, with it going side wards and unknown amount time - time will tell. (loss aversion is a curse).
However my view is it is still undervalued at that point, we have some decent tenements in the portfolio, we just need to start kicking goals.
