I initially thought that the results were pretty lame. Then I had a close look at what is going on and it certainly looks like the better grades are towards the north, but thin. This section from the announcement is supposed to be a true east-west cross section but the generous clipping means that the section is seeing some holes that aren't quite as close together as the layman would believe.

Hole 6 is a classic scissor hole that is one of those things that scissor holes can throw up surprises. In this case BRUDR006 went under the south part of the historic workings, and came up with absolutely nothing which flies in the face of hole BRUDR002 results closer to the surface but further north, the implication is that the orebody was either never there around hole 6 or has been offset by faulting or has changed orientation in some direction not tested yet by drilling.

Note on the plan view here that the better grades up north in the historical drilling are almost at surface, they will need to step back and test these northern intersections better with future drilling.

The tl:dr version is "we closed it off to the south but we still have thin high grade along strike to the north that isn't closed off or drilled yet"

Still exciting and under explored area in my opinion, many other good targets and previous exploration has been poorly designed and uncoordinated.
