    Methinks "Very interesting" may turn out to be quite an understatement Corker (but we still need to wait patiently for the announcement re targets and when drilling will commence).

    The most important part for me was the confirmations that new EM targets have been identified and that Samson had also accurately detected the ones already drilled giving a high level of confidence to the Samson surveying methodolgy
    Per this extract from the announcement;
    The deep search FLEM SAMSON survey over the western section of the Cathedrals Belt has identified new EM anomalies, with a preliminary review of the data indicating the new targets have properties consistent with massive nickel‐copper sulphides.
    The FLEM SAMSON survey has accurately detected the strong, shallow EM conductors drilled by St George earlier this year at the Cathedrals, Stricklands and Investigators Prospects. This is evidence of the effectiveness of the FLEM SAMSON survey in identifying prospective EM targets in the Cathedrals Belt and provides confidence in the potential of any new EM anomalies detected by this survey.
    “Overall, the geophysical surveys have been an outstanding success in generating new targets over a broader area which has significantly increased the potential at the Project.”

    In my humble opinion we are close to the end of the calm before the storm. The very significant geophysical surveys undertaken will no doubt produce numerous compelling targets and de-risk the drilling campaigns soon to begin. I believe this has been a very wise strategic move by the company to set up this scenario for the next significant step change in the future of the company.

    The prospectivity associated with this is not lost on savvy investors - despite there having been no additional drilling since around the end of August the share price has continued to hold up at what I believe is a solid support level - there has only been low level share movement which is quite usual and there has been no selling of any consequence.

    Still can't wait for the action to start though.

    Cheers
    IO
