I don’t personally know Peter, but I happen to work in the same building as BCP as well. Just for your own research, they have raised funds for companies that are currently in billions in terms of mcap. I trust his expertise in taking care of the fund-raising side of the business, and if he thinks it’s a good deal, it’s a good enough deal for me.
