I suspect that the 10m stocks were sold into the market rather than someone came in to snap it up. The prevailing price was 20.5c when someone made that block trade at 20c. Not sure if that may have been a major shareholder who wanted to bail, being one of those who bought before the 2017-2018 drop, or Saracen even cashing some proceeds from their mines transaction.
Either way, this is a sign of some overhang being cleared out.
