Dismissing Russian patents is a little silly. Moscow is becoming a bit of niche city for private individuals with unmet needs seeking stem-cell treatments with more relaxed rules and cheaper costs. Obviously a few cowboy clinics, but also a growing number of advancements and better acceptability of stem-cells as genuine treatments in MS particularly:
