Dilution is a HUGE issue on junior stocks and debt geared sensibly to cash-flow is the only way to retain shareholder value. Not many companies in the current climate can achieve debt financing, either because the banks don't have a (expensive) BFS to go off, or economics simply don't stack up. Easier to raise through placements time and time again...
