To preserve cash, I also suggest that drilling stops now as we certainly have enough resource and the money be set aside for legal, if NF wants to continue the fight, which I just hope common sense ultimately prevails and just move on - 60% ownership is still good. Or just come to an agreement and move on. Yes I don't agree with what Ziljin has done, but this is dragging on way to long and 1 year in suspension is enough. If the DRC government was truly willing to stamp out corruption this would have been sorted out long long long ago - remember Felix can issue the mining lease himself if he wanted to. The fact he hasn't says enough and yes one can yabber let the courts decide, but if this is clearly a case of corrruption people understand and it would show teh DRC was serious about dealing with it.

Further, at some point management need to rectify this long drawn out process.... For the benefit of shareholders can't continue in perpetuity. Admittedly, one can argue that is what Management are doing, namely digging in for the benefit of shareholders. But at some point one has to ask the question when will it end, where is there any common ground, if at all there is ? What I wonder do CATL make of all this mess ?
