Totally agree. India, Africa, SE asia and the middle east dont even figure in the past sales of EVs but they will definitely make their mark once they get their act into gear. India is hamstrung by bureaucracy and corruption but they have to do something to stem the pollution issues.
Once the cobra wakes up there will huge demand for whatever battery metals are the flavour of the time.
