what i think would be a great idea for Sask. they should sell some of the projects to smaller compaines that will def be poping up. they put contigencies in place. For example the company has 3 years to invest x amount into the project by drilling, if they do not make the target the project goes back to sask. if they do reach the target Sask will keep a royalty of any sales made from the project. This is the route that seriously needs to be looked into by the SASK board as they are unlikely going to be able to drill everywhere without massive dilution to shareholders. To me this is a less risky way for SASK to ensure all their land gets the attention that it should.
