I can't see that from any of recent announcements, unless they told you privately? and till now we have no idea if the new CEO has come to work for this company or not. They clearly said that he will commence his duties as CEO on 1/3/2023 and Jordan will step down to executive director.
then look at the announcement on 1/3 and 9/3 MD is still the MD.
