@nrcmedia - so you're certain of an imminent cap raise, but want Ore to spend its cash on dividends rather than using it to bankroll expansion? I just don't see how both positions are tenable. I for one would much rather see expansion plans financed - what goo is a paltry penny or two on my shares if this leads to a dilution event that devalues my holdings...
