As a previous RFF holder, I'm definitely out for the near-medium term as I see no positive upside for RFF as yet.
Reasons why I am not buying RFF at this time.
1. Earnings FY19 was well below consensus, no catalyst to turn this around as yet.
2. Adjusted NAV of $1.80 per share - NAV could just be somewhere ~$1.6/share.
If valuations are on the upper side, NAV could be lower than $1.6/share,
I'd probably jump back in if RFM changes the fee structure- earnings based not on asset valuation.
