In my view that video was a bit embarrassing to watch.

Same with their claim that revenues are not rising as fast as asset values (e.g., https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-dividend-distribution-rff.4944725/page-84?post_id=40543399)
The bearer plants discussed in same thread, RFF estimates are in line with Australian industry standards (e.g. https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-dividend-distribution-rff.4944725/page-87?post_id=40555278)
The guy comes across as a total shyster for noting "we respect [Bonitas'] work", and then continuing to bash EY's report as completely untrustworthy (and what's with the 'voice imitation' when he quotes EY report - what a doofus).
