I agree, but I'm concerned that if CC Capital sees what Bain Capital is attempting, they might hold off and wait for Bain to make the next move. This could lead to a standoff where both sides are waiting for the other to act. A third bidder could provide the nudge needed to move things forward. I could be off base, but we'll see how it all unfolds.
